How Ground Points work

1. Programme operator and scope

Ground Points is the free loyalty programme of the Ground Tactical shop, operated by Eloy Pastor Tomás, tax identification number 44636737Q. These terms apply to customer accounts registered at groundtactical.com.

Participation is free and does not require a purchase. Points are a personal promotional benefit: they are not electronic money and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred to another account.

2. Welcome points

Each customer receives 500 Ground Points once, when their account and email address are verified.

3. Earning points

• You earn 1 point per whole euro paid for eligible products.
• Points are calculated on product prices after deducting redeemed Ground Points.
• Cents are not rounded up: for example, €79.90 earns 79 points.
• Shipping costs do not earn points.
• Points are added to your balance when payment is confirmed.

4. Referral programme: invite your team

1. Go to My account → Invite your team, copy your unique link and share it with someone who does not yet have an account.
2. Your guest must open that link and register through it before placing their first order.
3. If their first paid order exceeds €50 in products, after discounts and excluding shipping, you will receive 500 Ground Points each when payment is confirmed.

The product amount must exceed €50: an order of exactly €50 does not qualify. If the first paid order does not qualify, a later purchase will not activate this reward.

Each account can earn a maximum of five rewarded referrals, equivalent to 2,500 points for the inviter. Only the first five guests who complete a qualifying first order are rewarded. After this limit, further invitations do not earn the 500-point reward for either person.

This offer is for new accounts: an existing account cannot later be linked to an invitation. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts to obtain rewards are not allowed. Each guest can generate only one referral reward.

These points are additional to welcome and purchase points. They are added to your Ground Points balance and redeemed using the same blocks and 10% limit described below.

Your account shows your link and a counter from 0 to 5. Each Ground Tactical logo lights up when a reward is granted. Registrations without a qualifying first order do not advance the counter.

5. Redeeming points

• 500 points give a €5 discount.
• The order must contain at least €50 in products, excluding shipping.
• Points are redeemed in complete blocks of 500.
• The maximum discount is 10% of the value of eligible products, before redemption and excluding shipping.
• Redemption is rounded down to complete €5 blocks: €50 allows €5 off; €100 allows €10; and €150 allows €15. A €75 order allows €5 off.
• Excluded products do not increase the redemption limit. Unused points remain in your balance.
• The discount does not apply to shipping costs.
• Ground Points cannot be combined with coupons or other promotional codes.

Before payment, checkout shows the points redeemed, the discount and the points the purchase will earn.

6. Cancelled or incomplete payments

When you open secure payment, the selected points are temporarily reserved to prevent their use in two payments at once. They are not yet considered spent.

If you close or cancel payment, return to checkout without completing it, Stripe declines payment or the session expires, the reservation is cancelled and all points return to your balance. No charge is made for this cancellation.

7. Cancellations and returns after payment

Cash refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid after the Ground Points discount. Points redeemed on a paid order are not converted into money or restored to the balance, including welcome points.

Points earned on products subsequently cancelled or returned are removed from the balance: all for a full refund or the corresponding proportion for a partial refund. Shipping is excluded because it earns no points.

8. Balance, validity and account

You can check your balance in My account. Ground Points currently have no automatic expiry date. They may only be used by the account that earned them while it remains enabled.

9. Errors and misuse

Ground Tactical may correct duplicate transactions or balances caused by technical errors and remove points obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, checkout manipulation or programme abuse. Before taking action affecting a legitimate balance, the account history will be reviewed and the customer may request an explanation.

10. Changes and contact

The current terms are always published here. Changes will not affect paid orders or limit statutory consumer rights. For a balance or transaction issue, contact info@groundtactical.com with your account email and, where available, the order number.
